The architect will bring a zoning report to your home to review the zoning requirements of your property with you. She will help identify & prioritize the core goals of the project. Most client's scope of work and budgets don't match, so the Architect will run your project through our Budget Scenario Builder. She will propose innovative ways to reconcile your budget with your goals. The Archtiect will review your project on-site with reputable contractor(s) who we know and trust to help you select the right contractor. Depending on the contractor you select, you may even receive a $290 credit/refund.
