| The Porters are a growing family. With the addition of a new member to their home, they needed an additional room in their 1920's bungalow. They gave up their small master bedroom and built a master suite on the back of the home that flows and connects into the back yard. The remodel includes a master bedroom, master bathroom, and a mudroom. | ||||

| Master bedroom is connected to the backyard through glass double doors, transom windows and sidelights. The room is filled through glass on the east which minimizes heat-gain in the summer. The doors open up to a patio that steps down to the rear yard. | ||||
