Background

The Farmers had accessibility issues that needed to be considered in their remodel. They were interested in doing an addition into their backyard to make more room, and asked Renovation Design to help.

Experience

Renovation Design's architects realized quickly that an addition was not necessary. The home was large enough already but just needed some better space design. Opening up the space was all that was needed to achieve the feel that the Farmer's were looking for, while cutting construction costs dramatically, and addressing the accessibility issues involved.
